Nuvi Ltd (whose relationship with you is conducted through the trading name ‘Keep It Clean’) is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of everyone we deal with. This Privacy Policy sets out information on how, when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, and the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others, as well as how we keep it secure.

Types of data we hold

Personal information will typically include a contact’s name, telephone number, email address and postal address, and will be collected through the normal processes of ‘doing business’. Where payments are made by Nuvi Ltd (trading as Keep It Clean), we will also hold the account details of the account nominated by the contact as that to be used for payment.

Data submitted as part of any new employee enrolment process, as well as ongoing regulatory data, is also maintained.

All of the personal information that we hold is securely stored, is password and/or code protected when held in electronic format or, in the case of hard copy, kept in a secure storage facility. All electronic bank transactions take place through secure and encrypted banking systems.
